'She's Got Everyone Covered': Plainview Hero

PLAINVIEW, NY — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

Yes

What does the nominee do for work?:

Food preparation

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?

She leaves her family 40-50 hrs. a week, including a chronically ill and vulnerable son but still finds the time to bring her 89 year old father home cooked meals. She's got everyone covered.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:

Her family is the most important thing in her world.
