Family Fun & Pet Extravaganza Ready To Bound Into Port Chester Park

SPCA Westchester and the Village of Port Chester have a fun-filled day planned for pets and people. Did we mention The Bubble Bus?

PORT CHESTER, NY — The SPCA Westchester and the Village of Port Chester have teamed up for the first-ever Family Fun & Pet Extravaganza.

The fun party will run (and jump) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sept. 7, in the Abendroth Dog Park.

Activities for kids and family dogs at the free event will include pet arts and crafts, a treat puzzle creation station for shelter animals, dog agility, nose work and lure courses, SPC'’s Animal Cops, community vendors, food trucks and free giveaways.

And did we mention The Bubble Bus will be providing music and its famous otherworldly dance space?

The new SPCA mobile adoption center will be on site with adorable puppies, dogs and cats available for adoption along with friends from Adopt-A-Dog and Rock N' Rescue.

More than just a fun day in the park, the Family Fun & Pet Extravaganza is a perfect time to adopt a new furry family member.
