New Port Chester Shake Shack Gets Ready To Sizzle

The newest location will be the popular Danny Myers-led burger joint's fourth in Westchester County.

PORT CHESTER, NY — Get ready to celebrate with a Shack Burger — Westchester's newest spot for a burger fix is opening soon.

The Port Chester Shake Shack is scheduled to open at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 25. The area's newest Shake Shack will be in the Gateway Shopping Center, located at 535 Boston Post Road.

Shake Shack already has restaurants at the Cross County Center in Yonkers, in the food court at The Westchester in White Plains, on Central Park Ave. in Hartsdale, and is planning to open a location at Ridge Hill soon, where PF Chang used to be.

On opening day, the first 100 guests will receive special Shake Shack swag. In addition, the Port Chester Shake Shack will be donating $1 for every sandwich sold on opening day to Feeding Westchester.

The Port Chester Shack Shake will be open from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. daily. Guests will be able to order directly in-Shack and via digital pre-ordering for pickup or delivery through the Shack app or the Shake Shack website.

The popular chain is the brainchild of famed New York City restauranteur Danny Myers. Shake Shack is a quickly growing fast-casual restaurant that is known for its hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, crinkle-cut fries, milkshakes and frozen custards. Since the original Shake Shack opened in 2004, the company has expanded to over 520 locations across the globe.
