Police: Homeless Man Arrested a Second Time at Theater

He tried to get in without a ticket.

A homeless man was charged with disorderly conduct on Tuesday after the tried to get into the Capitol Theatre without a ticket, according to Port Chester Police.

This is the second time within a week that the same 23-year-old man has been cited for violations.

In Tuesday's incident, security staff at the theater on Westchester Avenue complained to police that they caught the man trying to get into the theater by claiming he had a ticket when he did not have one. Police said the man refused to leave and was cited for disorderly conduct, a violation.

Police said the man was also cited for illegal possession of marijuana, also a violation. The same man was also cited for disorderly conduct on April 20.
