Port Chester Library's 'Spooky' Children's Programs This Month
The eerie fun includes a "Grab & Go" Halloween craft, pumpkin painting, and a chance for kids to make their very own haunted houses.

PORT CHESTER, NY — If September is for daydreaming about Halloween fun, then October is for getting out there and making the most of the season.
The Port Chester-Rye Brook Public Library announced several "spooky" programs scheduled for children during October:
Grab & Go Halloween Craft

Children will be provided with a bag containing all of the pieces needed to make the craft, while supplies last. This program is sponsored by The Klein Foundation.
Pumpkin Painting, Thursday, October 19, 3:30 p.m.

Children ages 5+ will be provided with a pumpkin and painting supplies. There is limited registration for this program.
Make A Haunted House, Thursday, October 26, 3:30 p.m.
Children ages 5+ will be able to use cobwebs, stickers and more to decorate their very own haunted house. There is limited registration for this program.
