According to Greenwich Police, a driver accused of coming to an abrupt halt at a stop sign in Byram, Connecticut and failing to dim his vehicle's high beams was charged with driving while intoxicated and improper use of high beams.
Greenwich Police report, Edgar Valdovinos, 23, of 455 N. Main St., Port Chester, NY, was arrested at 3:50 am on December 27th.

He's accused of having red, glassy eyes, having an odor of alcohol and failing field sobriety tests. He was released after posting a $250 bond and is scheduled to appear January 10th in state Superior Court in Stamford, Connecticut.
