Stamford Man Arrested After Firing Gun In Marina Lot: Port Chester PD
Police responding to reports of gunfire found their suspect crouching by a parked vehicle, according to officials.

PORT CHESTER, NY — Early Monday, Port Chester police were called to the Marina parking lot area after reports of gunfire.
Responding officers spotted a man crouching by a parked vehicle. When confronted, he attempted to walk away, according to PCPD.
After the man was taken into custody, investigators found a 9mm handgun and spent shell casings at the scene.

The 44-year-old Stamford man was charged with possession of a loaded firearm, reckless endangerment and prohibited use of a weapon, according to police.
"He is currently awaiting arraignment at PCPD," police said in an incident notification released late Monday afternoon. "Once again, a dangerous individual was taken into custody without incident, due to our level of training and professionalism."
