1 Charged In Massage Parlor Raid In Suffolk: Police

The Town of Brookhaven Fire Marshal and Brookhaven officials issued numerous citations and closed the business, police say.

PORT JEFFERSON STATION, NY — A woman was arrested in a massage parlor raid in Port Jefferson Station on Friday, Suffolk police said.

Crime Section officers from the 6th Precinct in Selden conducted an investigation into Best Foot Span on Chereb Lane, and arrested the 57-year-old woman and charged her with unauthorized practice of a profession, according to police.

She was issued a Desk Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to appear at First District Court in Central Islip on a later date, police said.
