12-Year-Old Long Island Girl Reported Missing

She left her home after getting into a fight with her parents. Police are asking for the public's help to find her.

PORT JEFFERSON, NY – Suffolk Police are asking for the public's help to find a 12-year-old girl who ran away from home after getting into a fight with her parents.

Victoria Masone left her home on Oakes Street in Port Jefferson at 11:30 p.m. on Sunday. Victoria, who has run away in the past, could possibly be headed to stay with family in Brooklyn, police said.

She is 5-foot-2, 95 pounds and has an olive complexion. She was wearing jeans, black sneakers and a red, white and blue windbreaker at the time she left her home. She was carrying a black and white checkered backpack.

Police are asking anyone with information on Victoria's location to call 911 or the Sixth Squad at 631-854-8652.
