Fire Breaks Out At Mount Sinai Home

The fire started just before 5 a.m., Suffolk police say.

MOUNT SINAI, NY — A fire broke out at a Mount Sinai home early Friday morning, drawing area firefighters, Suffolk police said.

The fire started at the Chestnut Street home just before 5 a.m., and the residents were able to get out, according to police.

It is not clear if anyone was injured.
