- Port Jefferson Village Fireworks: The show is viewable from east and west beaches starting at dusk on July 3. The beaches can only be accessed by village residents.
- Port Jefferson Fire Department Parade: Starting at West Main Street and Broadway at 10 a.m. on July 4.
- Celebration of Hometown Heroes: As part of the event, the VFW Post 6249 and the Rocky Point and Sound Beach Chamber of Commerce will host a reading of Declaration of Independence outside the post on King Road in Rocky Point at 11 a.m. Refreshments will be served.
- Patchogue 4th of July Parade: The Patchogue Village Lions Club will host a parade on July 4. It will run along Main Street from West Avenue heading east, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
- Artists on the Lane, Bellport: Hosted by the South Bay Art Association from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Antique Fair: Hosted by the Bellport-Brookhaven Historical Society
- Antiques and Collectibles Fair: Hosted at Mary Immaculate R.C. Church in Bellport
