  1. Pedestrian Mitchell Leventhal was seriously injured while walking on the Roadway of Route 112 North of Jefferson Avenue in Port Jefferson. The accident happened on Tuesday morning, and Leventhal was transported to a local hospital. The driver stayed at the scene and suffered minor injuries. (News 12 Bronx)
