Port Jefferson Students Hold Senior Citizens Lunch

The Port Jefferson Middle School student council held a Thanksgiving lunch for senior citizens from the Port Jefferson Senior Center on Nov. 18.

During the event, students served the seniors and took time to speak with them about their studies. Several student musical groups also performed for the senior citizens, including the jazz band and chamber choir. Actors from Earl L. Vandermeulen High School’s fall play, “The Dining Room,” also performed at the Senior Center.
