What: Children's Theatre at Theatre Three presents Beauty and the Beast, an enchanting story for everyone.

October Oceanfest

Where/When: Cedar Beach, Harbor Beach Road, Mount Sinai, Saturday at 2 p.m.

What: A day of family activities at the Mount Sinai Marine Stewardship Center (formerly the Cedar Beach Nature Center).

Free Beer Tasting

Where/When: Brewtopia, Saturday, 2 - 4 p.m.

What: Free beer tasting of Fire Island Beer including Light House Ale, Red Wagon IPA and a sneak taste of their winter seasonal brew.

Complimentary Wine Tasting and Cheese Pairing

Where/When: Vine 2 Wine, Saturday at 3 p.m., Sunday at 1 p.m.

What: Vine 2 Wine will host a complimentary wine tasting that will feature Jean PLA Passion Grenache 2010 as well as Schloss Reinhartshausen Riesling 2008. Tastings will be on Saturday and on Sunday.

Another Cool Night of Hot Jazz with Judy Carmichael

Where/When: Port Jefferson Village Center, Saturday at 8 p.m.

What: Concert Reception sponsored by local restaurant 6:30 - 7:45 p.m. Attend an exciting night of classic Jazz Piano and Swing Music with Grammy-nominated Pianist Judy Carmichael Trio accompanied by Chris Flory on guitar and Jeff
