PORT JEFFERSON STATION, NY — Suffolk police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect they say was involved in a hit-and-run crash in Port Jefferson Station on Wednesday night.
A man driving a black Kia, which had the Florida license plate RETD20, pulled out of the parking lot at Northwell Health Urgent Care on Route 347, and it struck a 2020 Ford SUV traveling eastbound on Route 347 on around 9:15 p.m., according to police.
The Kia sustained to the front driver’s side, but no one was injured in the crash, police said.

The incident has been classified leaving the scene of an accident without reporting, a misdemeanor.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest in the case.
