CORAM, NY — Without community leaders, Coram wouldn’t hum along nearly as smoothly as it does. We’d miss their contributions in big and small ways.

Why do you believe the community leader should be recognized or honored?

Victor has organized fundraisers for children with cancer. Recently, he had a fundraiser for MS. He's spent 38 yrs as a respiratory therapist at Long Island Community Hospital. He was a COVID-19 essential worker, and a first responder on 9/11. Presently is the president/founder of Taino Jeep Club LLC organization, a 501C3. Victor has also donated $3,500 in toys and gift cards for a children's cancer unit at a local hospital.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the community hero?

Victor recently was nominated and received an award, "Community Leader," for his hard work and dedication to the community.
