Woman Hurt After Vehicle Strikes Tree, Flips Over In Coram: Police

She was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Suffolk police say.

CORAM, NY — A woman was hurt early Monday after Suffolk police say she lost control of her vehicle and it struck a tree before overturning in Coram.

The woman was driving a Kia on Granny Road just before 7 a.m. when the crash happened, according to police.

She was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
