BID Awards Boychik's Bagels $5,000 In Grants
The new business received two grants from the Greater Port Washington Business Improvement District.

The Greater Port Washington Business Improvement District recently awarded a local business $5,000 worth of grants.
Boychik's Bagels, located at 900 Port Washington Boulevard, received a $2,000 New Tenant Bonus grant, which gives new businesses a start in the BID District.
The business also received a $3,000 Facade Rehabilitation Grant, which helps provide rehabilitation to exterior building facades of businesses in the BID.

"The grant awarded to Boychik's Bagels was used to paint the exterior of the building and purchase tables and chairs," says Boychik's Bagels owner Jeff Grossfeld. "We are so excited about serving the community at Boychik's Bagels."
Each grant is awarded on a first come, first serve basis.

"Our organization is very thankful to Jeff Grossfeld for beautifying the facade and for choosing Port Washington as their home for Boychik's Bagels," says Mariann Dalimonte, executive director of the BID.
