Earn $16 An Hour As North Hempstead Town Lifeguard

PORT WASHINGTON, NY — Want to make $16 an hour? The Town of North Hempstead is looking for lifeguards and attendants this summer.

The town is hiring staff members at any each of its six aquatic facilities, officials said. Lifeguards can work either at indoor facilities as well as outside at pools and waterfront venues. They can work up to 40 hours a week during the summer months.

Lifeguard applicants must be certified byNassau County and have a current CPR/AED certification, the latter referring to automated external defibrillators.
