F45 Training Comes To Port Washington

PORT WASHINGTON, NY — F45 Training — a global fitness franchisor that specializes in high-intensity group workouts — is now open in Port Washington.
The studio held a grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, July 6, according to the Port Washington Chamber of Commerce. It's located at 5 Soundview Marketplace, between TJ Maxx and Carvel.
"The 'F' stands for functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement," according to the company's website. "45 is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping fun."

F45 in Port Washington joins about a dozen locations on Long Island. Several outposts are set to open soon in Bellmore, Carle Place, Hewlett Bay Park, Massapequa, and Melville.
