In an interview with Patch, Compass Commercial's Chris Pappas said the 2,000-square-foot cafe will include 35 seats inside, as well as municipal parking around back.

For Five's menu includes breakfast sandwiches, pastries, salads, and açaí bowls. It also offers an extensive drinks menu — of course — such as cappuccinos, cold brew coffee, hot chocolate, and matcha.
