'Jurassic Park' And 'Space Jam' Come To Port Washington
The Town of North Hempstead released its drive-in movie schedule for July. Here's what's in store.

PORT WASHINGTON, NY — Dinosaurs and aliens are coming to Port Washington this month.
The Town of North Hempstead this week announced the July schedule for its popular drive-in movie series. "Jurassic Park" will screen July 18 at North Hempstead Beach Park and "Space Jam" will screen July 25.
Cars will be admitted beginning at 8 p.m. and movies will start at 9 p.m. Registration began July 1. The events are free but the town encouraged attendees to bring nonperishable and canned foods to each showing for a donation drive.

Residents must register their cars in advance online or by calling 311. Registration is open to residents even if they previously registered and attended a town drive-in movie.
No food will be available for purchase at the events. Residents are encouraged to bring their own snacks. Restroom facilities will be available.
