Manhasset Man Arrested In Child Exploitation Investigation: PD
The man exposed himself via web camera and engaged in sexual conversation with the agent posing as an 11-year-old girl, police say.

A Manhasset man was arrested Tuesday night on charges connected to engaging in a sexual conversation and exposing himself via web camera to an undercover agent posing as an 11-year-old girl, police say.
According to authorities, 70-year-old Ashok Vora went online and contacted an undercover agent posing as the girl and directed the agent to an online chat. Police say Vora then exposed himself via web camera and engaged in sexual conversation.
An investigation led to Vora's location, where he was arrested at 8:10 p.m. without incident. He was charged with Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor.

He was arraigned Wednesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
The undercover operation of child exploitation was conducted by Nassau County Special Victim’s Squad-Child Exploitation Section and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Investigations.

Detectives request anyone that has been contacted online by Vora, who uses the username KevinNY, to contact Special Victim’s Unit at 516-573-4022.
