Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.
- June 14: Steven M. Lipsman, 57, of Steamboat Springs, charged on Railroad Avenue in Roslyn Heights.
- June 15: Noel E. Archibald, 49, of Brentwood, charged on I-495 Exit 39 in East Hills.
- June 15: Matthew Tierney, 31, of Glen Cove, charged on Glen Cove Road and Chestnut Street in Greenvale.
- June 17: Danny Gonzalelz, 21, of New Cassel, charged on Old Country Road in Westbury.
