Nassau Police Charge 5 With DWI

Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

• June 22: Joan Valenti, 59, of Port Washington, charged on Roslyn Road and Powerhouse Road in Roslyn Heights.
• June 23: Desiree R. Breitman, 52, of Baldwin, charged on Hempstead Turnpike in Uniondale.
• June 23: Steven A. Cason, 49, of Roosevelt, charged on Long Beach Road in Oceanside.
• June 24: Favio H. Alvarez, 42, of Hempstead, charged on Front Street in Uniondale.
• June 24: Kevin Ruano, 24, of East Meadow, charged on I-495 Exit 33 in Lake Success.
