Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.
- Jan. 26: Alessandro Conti, 37, of Franklin Square, charged on Old Country Road and Merrick Avenue in Westbury.
- Jan. 26: Juan Rivas, 29, of Long Beach, charged on Hampton Road and Maple Court in Oceanside.
- Jan. 26: Dimitri Clinton, 30, of Floral Park, charged on Jericho Turnpike and Van Buren Avenue in Floral Park.
- Jan. 28: Alvin N. Guiness, 40, of Rosedale, charged on Long Beach Road in Oceanside.
- Jan. 29: Sylvia Sandeen-Artemchuk, 65, of Greenvale, charged on Denton Avenue and Aladdin Avenue in Garden City Park.
- Jan. 31: Kristina Niebergall, 41, of New Hyde Park, charged on Glen Cove Road and Fairfield Avenue in Carle Place.
- No Date Listed: Rodolfo Aguilar-Jimenez, 41, of Port Washington, charged on Northern Boulevard in Manhasset.
