Naugatuck Resident Named Membership Director at Waterbury Regional Chamber
Louis Lacman will work closely with the organization's 1,100 current members for continuous membership experience enhancement.

Lynn Ward, president and CEO of the Waterbury Regional Chamber, announced that Louis S. Lacman, of Naugatuck, has been named the organization’s new membership director.
“Mr. Lacman will be actively working with all our 1,100 current members to continually enhance their experience as part of our Chamber and will spearhead recruitment of new member businesses, facilitate our volunteer Ambassadors Committee and our weekly Business Connections Groups,” Ward said. “His primary role will be to provide resources, networking and advocacy opportunities for all members of our Chamber.”
As a native of Naugatuck, Louis Lacman began his career in Massachusetts after graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston. He went on to work his way up to become the sales and marketing manager at the Hard Rock Café Boston before he moved back to Connecticut. Upon his return, he became general manager of The Hills Restaurant in Waterbury, his most recent former position.

One of the largest chambers in Connecticut, the Waterbury Regional Chamber, which includes the Naugatuck Chamber of Commerce and the Watertown/Oakville Chamber of Commerce, represents over 1,000 businesses in the Greater Waterbury region that includes Beacon Falls, Bethlehem, Cheshire, Middlebury, Naugatuck, Oakville, Oxford, Prospect, Southbury, Thomaston, Waterbury, Watertown, Wolcott, and Woodbury.
The Waterbury Regional Chamber is currently celebrating its 125th anniversary of strengthening the regional economy by serving its members. .
