Parade, Live Music, Football: Pride In Port Returns Sept. 18
Pride in Port returns next month. The day-long community celebration will feature a parade, a homecoming football game, and more.
PORT WASHINGTON, NY — Pride in Port — a day-long celebration of community pride — returns to Port Washington on Saturday, Sept. 18.
The Port Washington Chamber of Commerce made the announcement in a press release on Tuesday.
Few details have been released about the event. But according to the Chamber's website, Pride in Port will kick off at 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of Main Street and Bellview Avenue, and end at Campus Drive on Port Washington Boulevard. The parade will be followed by a Senior Citizen luncheon and a homecoming football game. A dinner dance will be held later that evening.
