Port Washington Blvd. Southbound Lanes Reopen After Water Main Break

MANHASSET, NY — A water main break on Port Washington Blvd. (Route 101) in Flower Hill meant all southbound lanes closed to traffic on Monday afternoon, and lasted into the evening rush hour, according to the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT). The break was at East and West Gate roads at Hewlett House Green park, north of St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center.

The lanes have reopened.

The lanes closed at 12:14 p.m. on Monday afternoon.
