Port Washington Youth Activities Registration Open For 2019
Registration has begun for 2019 fall sports activities and programs.

PYA: PYA is pleased to announce that registration has begun for its 2019 fall sports activities and programs.
This year, PYA once again will offer their Flag Football program for boys in grade brackets 1st/2nd, 3rd/4th, 5th/6th, and 7th/8th. The season begins with skill evaluations on September 8 at 1PM. Games will be at Lions Field on Sundays in September through November. The registration fee is $215, which will include a game jersey.
The Fall Lacrosse Clinic for Boys in Grades K – 6th begins Thursday, September 12. The Girls Fall Lacrosse Clinic for Grades K – 6th begins Monday, September 9. Both times are at 4:30PM. The registration fee is $150 for each group.

Fall Baseball returns starting on Saturday, September 7 with the Developmental program at noon for grades K and 1st, and 1:15 for 2nd grade. The registration fee is $150. Intramural Baseball for boys (minor and major leagues in grades 3rd -7th) will also begin on September 7 at 2:30 for grades 3rd and 4th, and 4:00 for grades 5th - 7th. That registration fee is $175.
Girls Developmental Softball for grades K - 2nd (Saturdays 10:30 to 11:45 AM) and Girls Softball Minor and Major Leagues Grades 3rd - 8th (Saturdays 9 AM to 10:30 AM) begins Saturday, September 7 as well. The fee is $125 for the Developmental league, and $150 for Intramural league.

PYA Cheerleading Powered by NY DanceWorks will run on Sundays beginning on September 8, for Kindergarten - 6th grade. Grades K/1st begins at noon, Grades 2nd/3rd starts at 1:30. Grades 4th/5th starts at 3:00. The fee is $215.
PYA’s new Deck (formerly Roller) Hockey program for grades 1st - 8th will be held at Manorhaven Park beginning on September 9 at 4:00 PM. Grades 1st - 4th start at 4:00. Grades 5th - 8th start at 5:00. Beginners and experienced players are welcome. The fee is $195.
Martial Arts Powered by Team Tokey Hill for grades K – 12th is set up in four age groups and skill sets - - Kindergarten (“Li’l Ninjas”)/1st - 4th (Kids Martial Arts)/5th - 9th (MMA Fitness)/6th - 12th (Adult Martial Arts). Programs begin Wednesday, September 11, and all will take place at 95 Seaview Boulevard in the industrial park off West Shore Road. The fee is $215 for each program.
The PYA Boys and Girls Fall Tennis program runs on each Tuesday afternoon beginning on September 10th. It takes place indoors at the Port Washington Tennis Academy on Harbor Road and serves Grades 2nd - 8th. The registration fee is $175. Participation is limited to the first 20 players who register.
The PYA “Yoga For Athletes” powered by Yoga Life program for grades 3rd – 8th begins Thursday, September 5, and will be held at Yoga Life at 939 Port Washington Blvd. just north of Campus Drive. Participation is limited to the first 20 players who register. The fee is $215.
Applications for all the sports, with all the details including deadline information, can be picked up at Arena Sports at 52 Main Street or completed online at www.pyasports.org/programs (where you can also register and pay by credit card).
