Port Washington's Christmas Tree Lighting Will Be Sunday, In 25th Year
The Annual Port Washington Christmas Celebration and Tree Lighting will take place Dec. 4 in Blumenfeld Park on Main St.
PORT WASHINGTON, NY — This Sunday, Dec. 4., will be the 25th Annual Port Washington Christmas Celebration and Tree Lighting, held in Blumenfeld Park on Main Street.
A Christmas Pageant starts at 4:30 p.m., and immediately after the tree will be lit, the Port Washington Christmas Celebration Committee posted.
Santa will stop by after.

The Liquid Bread Brass Band and The Red Stocking Singers will provide music for a Christmas sing-a-long. Hot drinks and cookies will be on hand. A new element will be that families can "sponsor an angel."
