5 Things: Brooklyn Museum Yoga, Pick-Up Softball, Free Reggae, Storytime, More

Prospect Heights-area information and events you won't want to miss.

1. You need to do something different. How about ? The event, held today and for the next two Sundays is in connection with . Today it's Anusara yoga with Elena Brower. 2:00pm–4:00pm. , 200 Eastern Pkwy. A tour of the exhibition precedes each workshop. $10, plus museum admission of $10, $6 students and seniors. 

2. You need softball. Head to Mount Prospect Park for .  All are welcome at this weekly pick-up game. If you don't have a glove, they have some extras. 1:00pm–5:00pm.

3. You need Reggae. Head to  for  featuring DJ Cicso & Gabriel. 603 Vanderbilt Ave. at Bergen. 11:00pm. Free.

4. You need to get the kids out of the house. Head to Prospect Park for Summer Songs and Stories with storyteller and musician Tammy Hall. Lefferts Historic House at Prospect Park (Just inside the Ocean Avenue entrance), 2 p.m. and 3 p.m., all ages, Free. Or, see our full list of 

5. You need to know if your train is running, and if you have to move your car. All weekend there will be no Manhattan-bound trains at Eastern Parkway, Grand Army Plaza and Bergen Street, according to the MTA. As for moving your car, alternate side is not suspended again until the Feast of the Assumption on Monday, August 15, according to the NYC DOT.
