4. You need to know if your train is running ... This week, the Q train is running normally, even late at night. However, between 10:00 p.m. to midnight through Thursday there are no No. 3 trains. No. 2 and 4 trains will provide alternate service, according to the MTA.
5. ... And if you have to move your car. Sorry, you do. Alternate side won't be suspended again until Monday, Feb. 13 for Lincoln's Birthday, according to the NYCDOT.
