4. You need to know if your train is running ... No changes today, but all weekend there  are no Q trains north of Prospect Park. You can catch a shuttle bus at Seventh Avenue to Atlantic (to get the N/R into the city) or to Prospect Park. In addition, there are no No. 3 trains south of 34th Street. No. 2 and 4 trains will provide alternate service, according to the MTA. 

5. ... And if you have to move your car. Sorry, you do. Alternate side won't be suspended again until Monday, Feb. 13 for Lincoln's Birthday, according to the NYCDOT.
