$9,500 Burglary at Flatbush Avenue Jewelry Store
Thieves smashed the front window and made off with diamond bracelets and pearl necklaces.

Someone broke the plate-glass window of a Flatbush Avenue shoe repair/jewelry store and stole $9,500 in jewelry, according to a police report.
The take at Shoe Architects, 339 Flatbush Ave. (next to the ), included 10 diamond and gold bracelets worth a total of $8,000, four pearl necklaces worth a total of $1,200 and three silver bracelets worth a total of $300.
The burglary took place overnight between Monday, Jan. 9 and Tuesday, Jan. 10.

Several stores right at the Flatbush/Park Place intersection have been targeted by thieves over the past year. In April the and in March American Apparel was held up.
