CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — The series of events this weekend at the Brooklyn Museum will thank the community for standing by the insinuation during the coronavirus crisis.

The museum, which will fully reopen for the first time on Friday, will host a "Community Appreciation Weekend" dedicated to its community and donors. The museum has been only partially open since first welcoming back visitors last year.

"As part of our full reopening, we’re thrilled to once again welcome visitors to explore all five floors of the Museum and to also enjoy a seasonal Brooklyn-inspired meal at The Norm," the museum wrote. "The weekend’s programming is dedicated to our community, whose endless support we’re so thankful for as we continue to adapt to these challenging times."
