CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — A Crown Heights teenager was arrested Friday for stealing a car with a one-year-old baby sitting in the back seat, police said.

Quansae Herring, 17, stands accused of speeding off in a white Mitsubishi SUV he found parked on Kingston Avenue and Dean Street on Aug. 5, according to police.

A 29-year-old mom had left the keys in the ignition and her one-year-old son in the back seat to dash inside nearby store, said police.
