BROOKLYN, NY — A popular street fair will return to Flatbush Avenue this weekend for the first time in two years, bringing music, food and "Caribbean flair" to the corridor.

The Flatbush Avenue Street Fair — organized by the Flatbush Avenue Business Improvement District — is set to return on Sunday, June 12 between Parkside Avenue and Cortelyou Road.

It will include music, food, shopping, rides and other attractions in the half-mile stretch throughout the day.

The fair falls in the middle of Caribbean Heritage Month and is one of several celebrations scheduled throughout Brooklyn, the world's second-largest community of Caribbean-Americans
