Man Steals Kippah Off 10-Year-Old's Head On Franklin Ave: Police
The theft occurred Monday on a 3 train at the Franklin Ave/Eastern Parkway station, police said.

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — A man snatched a Kippah off of a young boy riding the subway on Monday, a theft that is being investigated as a hate crime, police said.
At around 7:45 p.m. on Monday, an unidentified man approached a 10-year-old boy on a northbound 3 train and snatched the religious garment off of his head, police said.
The suspected thief then fled in an unknown direction, according to officials.

Police released a photo of a man they believe is connected to the theft, showing him leaving a subway station.
