Man Touched Himself On Subway In Crown Heights In Front Of Woman: Police

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — Authorities are looking for a man who they say touched himself on a subway car in Crown Heights in front of a 22-year-old woman.
The man, pictured above, was on a downtown 2 train on a Friday afternoon in May, police said Tuesday. He was sitting near the 22-year-old, according to police.
Then, the man "was observed putting his hands in his pants and touching his groin," police said. He got off the train at the Franklin Avenue stop, police said.
