PROSPECT HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — It should come as no surprise to neighbors that Prospect Heights is brimming with top-notch restaurants — sometimes too many to choose from.

A new list from the food experts at Eater New York should make the decision a little easier.

The outlet published "Where to Eat in Prospect Heights Right Now" food guide this week featuring 21 eateries it deems as the best on the block.

As with most Prospect Park-adjacent neighborhoods, the foodies centered the list around sit-down meals to be enjoyed after along day in the park or where to grab a bite on the way to Brooklyn's backyard.

The list also offers a balance between well-known dining destinations like Vanderbilt Avenue and lesser-known eateries.

"The three-lane Vanderbilt Avenue forms the beating heart of Prospect Heights, but for the neighborhood’s best restaurants, head down shaded side-streets and look between brownstones," they wrote.

Whether its a well-known award winner like Oxalis, or one of the many new additions to the neighborhood (see: KIT, Tiny's Cantina and more), the guide will be sure to spark some ideas for a next meal.
