Birds and Butterflies at the Eastern Parkway Coalition Garden

Here are some great photos of the Eastern Parkway Coalition Garden, just off Eastern Parkway between Franklin and Classon from photographer Jill Rader Levine. She writes:

Nestled between Eastern Parkway and Union Street, near the [Franklin Avenue] subway entrance, a verdant vegetable and flower garden thrives.

Birds and butterflies share this green oasis with Green Thumb neighborhood volunteers who maintain the space that was once a vacant property.
