PLG Smoke Shop Robbed Of Cash, Goods: NYPD

Robbers took what they could from a Flatbush Avenue store just before midnight on Wednesday, police said.

PROSPECT LEFFERTS GARDENS, BROOKLYN — A robber took cash and unspecified goods from a Flatbush Avenue shop in a late-night stick-up, police said.

Just before midnight on Wednesday evening, a man entered a shop at 714 Flatbush Ave., simulating that he had a knife, police said.

The thief took off with a combination of cash and good from the store, according to police, but officials were unable to specify how much money or what goods were taken.

According to Google Maps, the store listed at the address is Flatbush Convenience, a tobacco shop.

Police said the suspect took off on foot and appeared to be a man wearing a blue sweatshirt and a mask.
