Police Shoot At Suspect Near Barclays Center: Cops
The shooting is the second near the Brooklyn venue in just under a week.

BROOKLYN, NY —NYPD officers fired at a suspect near the Barclays Center on Thursday, according to police.
Officers shot at car near Flatbush Avenue and Pacific Street just before 3 p.m. according to an NYPD spokesperson.
Police told the New York Post that the confrontation started with a fight between two groups outside the Chick-Fil-A restaurant. When police responded to calls reporting that one of the men had a gun, one man ran into a nearby subway station and a nearby car made a U-turn and drove away, police told the outlet.

The officers fired toward the car, hitting nobody, police said.
The NYPD's public information office first told Patch that officers fired, later saying that information was incorrect and that a man, not cops, had fired a gun. On Friday, they revised the statement again, confirming that police had fired shots.
