Smoke Shop Quartet Rob Crown Heights Shop With Gun: Police
A popular Nostrand Avenue smoke shop was robbed last Thursday, officials said.

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — Four men with a gun held up a popular Nostrand Avenue smoke shop last Thursday, taking off with at least $200, officials said.
On Thursday, Jan. 26, four men approached a smoke shop at 573 Nostrand Ave. at just past 11 p.m., officials said.
One man held the door for the others, police said, claiming that the chivalrous action was actually so he could operate as a lookout for his three companions.

The other three men approached the counter with a firearm wrapped in a towel as the team took $200, a cellphone and unspecific merchandise without paying, police claimed.
All four men fled on foot and no injuries were reported, police said.

Police released a photo and video of the incident.
