A 54-year-old man who had a dispute with his three tenants is the suspect in their stabbing deaths, police said.

QUEENS, NY — A Queens landlord who walked into a police station and told cops he "did something bad" is suspected of fatally stabbing three of his tenants to death, NYPD officials said.
The landlord — a 54-year-old man — was in custody awaiting charges in the triple slaying Tuesday, said Kevin Williams, the NYPD's commanding officer for southern Queens.
The man strolled into the 113th Precinct about 7 a.m. and told cops that he had a dispute with his tenants, Williams said.
