63-Year-Old Woman Dies In Queens Village House Fire
A 63-year-old woman was found dead after a fire tore through her Queens Village home late Tuesday night.

QUEENS VILLAGE, QUEENS — A 63-year-old woman was found dead after a fire tore through her Queens Village home late Tuesday night.
The fire broke out just after 11 p.m. Tuesday at 88-20 219th St., according to police.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze, then discovered the woman, Bibi Jasmin, unconscious and unresponsive on the first floor of her home. She was pronounced dead.

Relatives told NBC New York that Jasmin used a wheelchair and may have been trapped inside her home as the fire spread.
