Cashier Robbed At Gunpoint At Ridgewood Smoke Shop: NYPD
The robbers took $1,000 from a 27-year-old employee and $600 from the register last week, police said.

QUEENS — A cashier at a smoke shop was robbed at gunpoint in Ridgewood last week, police said.
Three men robbed $1,000 from a 27-year-old employee at Globe Smoke & Convenience on the corner of Cypress Avenue and Putnam Avenue on Wednesday, July 19, about 1:10 p.m., the NYPD said.
The men also took $600 from the cash register, according to authorities.

The robbers fled on bicycles southbound on Madison Street, cops said.
