Man Struck With Glass Bottle In NYC Subway Station Robbery: NYPD

QUEENS, NY — A man was struck with a glass bottle during a robbery inside a Queens subway station, police said.
The incident happened last Saturday, Aug. 10, around 3 p.m. at the Woodhaven Boulevard subway station in Elmhurst, police said.
A 42-year-old man was at the station when he was approached by three unknown individuals, who hit him with a glass bottle and then robbing him of his wallet and $300, police said.

The individuals then fled on a northbound R train, police said.
The victim was transported to NYC Health and Hospitals/Elmhurst in stable condition, police said.
