News Helicopter Makes 'Emergency Landing' At Queens School

QUEENS, NY — A news helicopter had to make an emergency landing on a baseball field at a Queens high school on Thursday.

A chopper from WABC-TV landed on the field at Archbishop Molloy High School in Briarwood around 9:30 a.m.

"No injuries were reported, and the school is currently out of session,” NYC Emergency Management posted on X.

It is not known at this time what issue caused the aircraft to undergo an emergency landing.
